Job description
Responsibilities:
- Handles complaints and provides appropriate alternative solutions.
- Communicate and coordinate with all internal and external customer.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Process enrollment application, enquiries and feedback from customers.
- Attend to customer feedback on complaints & take necessary steps to escalate to relevant departments
- Maintain accurate records and documents of membership renewal and administration.
- Provide product/service information to customers using appropriate methods.
- Planning the strategies campaigns of CRM (Customer Retention Management).
- Manage the department as a leader to collaborate with the CRM team.
- Perform other duties as directed by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must FULLY vaccinated
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Retail Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in retail business, Department Store experience preferred.
- Pleasant with strong interpersonal and leadership skill with positive attitude.
- Good Microsoft office and administrative skills with ability to generate reports accurately and timely.
- Able to work in long hours, weekend, shift and public holidays
- Able to start work immediately
- Applicants must be willing to work in Central Plaza i-City, Shah Alam

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
