The Business Development Manager drives sales and revenue growth for data centre assets, while fostering customer engagement.
Job Description
A. Business Development and Sales
- Penetrate new market segments for customers
- Develop strategic sales plan and forecast
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
B. Solution Development
- Respond to RFP, RFI, RFQ
- Develop customer solutions with pre-sales engineering team
- Ensure customer needs are met
C. Customer Engagement
- Plan effective sales and marketing strategies
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers
- Generate demand and new accounts
- Obtain feedback from customers
- Understand customer business requirements
D. Reporting
- Identify and develop sales prospects
- Update sales activities and pipeline regularly
- Engage with superiors on sales activities
E. Other Duties
- Perform additional assigned duties.
Requirements
- Can-do attitude with enthusiasm for customer experience
- Ability to drive revenue and growth
- Strong leadership, partnership, and influencing capabilities, including consultative strategic selling experience
- Excellent sales and business development experience in IT, data center, and/or corporate real estate
- Experience in marketing and communications is a plus
- Understanding of the data center and cloud business is an added advantage
- Must have university-level education, with a Master's in Business or relevant field being an added advantage
- Must able to work in Cyberjaya

Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
