Assistant F&B Operations Manager [Bahrain]

Requirement:

  • Proven food and beverage management with 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Experience in managing multiple F&B segments such as quick service, fast

food, casual and fine dining, etc.

  • Experience in Facility planning, Human development, Market Understanding,

Budgeting, menu engineering, etc.

  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office suite,

restaurant management software, POS)

  • Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen.
  • Following food and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
  • Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
