Requirement:
- Proven food and beverage management with 5 to 8 years of experience
- Experience in managing multiple F&B segments such as quick service, fast
food, casual and fine dining, etc.
- Experience in Facility planning, Human development, Market Understanding,
Budgeting, menu engineering, etc.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office suite,
restaurant management software, POS)
- Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen.
- Following food and safety regulations.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
