One of our Halifax clients needs a Construction Administrator for their local busy office. This company is currently busy with many construction projects and is looking for a key team member to work on multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating paperwork and project requirements ensuring that contractors and projects are kept firmly on track.

Job Overview

Construction Administrator for Construction design firm. Primary responsibility will be construction administration of multiple, simultaneous building projects from construction kick-off to final completion and through the warranty period. Job duties will include organizing various projects from design to completion, ensuring all related paperwork and design drawings are coordinated between firms and contractors. Reports, review of submittals and shop drawings, review of application for payments, responding to RFI's, coordination with consultants, attending progress meeting, preparing finishing lists and preparing various other documents as required to support construction projects.
