Tasks

• Planning and coordination of all on-site activities for international customers
• Responsible for guiding colleagues, partners and suppliers on the construction sites
• As the contact person on site for our customers
• Implementation of instructions for his subordinate personnel and external companies
• Technical contact for all departments involved in the construction, installation and commissioning of the systems
• Supervision of the assembly process, the on-schedule and high-quality completion of construction and installation, up to acceptance by the customer
• Reporting to project management, quality assurance, supervisors
• Creation and control of the processing of lists of defects
• Responsible for occupational safety on the construction site

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of experience in automation and project management.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of vehicle battery production required (cell, module and pack assembly)
• Extensive specialist knowledge of installation techniques, mechanics, control components and logistics and organization
• Assertiveness and very good communication skills
• Organizational skills in leading employees
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, Chinese native language level.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Responsible, customer-oriented and collaborative working style
• Willingness to go on business trips with longer stays, worldwide
• The high degree of flexibility, commitment and resilience
