Barista/ Bubble Tea Barista in a busy bubble tea café:
As a Barista, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.
You’ll be working in a team full of fantastic people and diverse cultures. After all, who doesn’t love coming to work, doing what they love, and spending time with friendly co-worker.
Main Responsibilities:
To provide the highest level of customer service to clients and customers in a café service environment, whilst ensuring maximum sales are achieved through promotional activity, product knowledge, and upselling at every opportunity.
Ideal Candidate:
Displays a responsible, flexible can-do approach to work duties with a passion to provide high standards of customer care, maximize sales opportunities, and supports colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
Flexible with shift hours, between 10 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Essential:
- Good verbal communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area.
- Experience in the customer service environment.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a pure retail environment
- Experience working in environments involving high levels of customer care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 39 per week
Salary: €11.30-€13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
