Mobidiag, a Hologic company, is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our amazing team in Espoo, Finland.

What you can expect:

As a key member of the Operations PMO group, you will bring your solid experience of Project Management and understanding of best practices to successfully lead the delivery of various Supply Chain/ Manufacturing and operations projects, New Product Introductions, Sustaining and Operational projects for the international operations organisation, in collaboration with global/ project teams during all phases of the project.

In addition, you will also be responsible for:

  • Act as an independent leader of cross-functional teams for Operations-oriented projects and business critical programs which meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Optimize master schedules, resources, and budget across projects for maximum value.
  • Follow a stage gate process for new product launches or end of life for Medical Diagnostics products, identifying risks, recommending, and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and project team members to effectively manage change across the organization and establish robust processes resulting in maximized value to Hologic.
  • Ensure that process/design reviews are conducted rigorously with complete identification of issues and appropriate follow-up required to deliver expected project results.
  • Ensure projects are compliant with regulated ISO, FDA, and other applicable standards/controls as well as documentation requirements.

What we expect:

  • Demonstratable experience in Program Management leading large, cross functional development programs that have delivered commercially successful products which exceed customer and commercial expectations.
  • Experience running programs that included assay development and validation.
  • Experience within Diagnostics marketplace preferred; Molecular Diagnostics experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience with integration of acquired companies is an advantage.
  • Previous experience of working in matrixed organisations and with a range of technical and non-technical project functions- globally and regionally
