Are you looking for a unique opportunity to make a difference with your administrative expertise?

For our renowned client from the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator with German, who will implement the coordination tasks related to recruiting.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work in a collaborative recruitment team and become a trusted advisor to your colleagues and clients. In doing so, you will develop your expertise as you work on a variety of projects and systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a large Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project with a renowned Life Science company!

Job location: Poland remote

Key Accountabilities

Supporting the recruitment teams with coordination tasks, such as:

  • Conduct initial pre-screening of applications to ensure suitability against agreed criteria
  • Support quick resolution of all intern applicant queries
  • Managing the scheduling of interviews and assessment centers
  • Issuing of offer and contract documents to successful candidates, ensuring adherence to client policies and contract creating.
  • Prepare documentation compliant to policy and requirements for third parties such as Works Councils.
  • Managing the pre-employment screening process of applicants.
  • Monitoring onboarding progress of successful candidates.
  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with all parties and ensuring they are always informed of the current status of the process.
  • Producing reports as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Business Fluency in German and English is required, both written and spoken (min B2+ level)
  • Work experience in an administrative or corporate customer service role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment is advantageous.
  • Strong customer orientation, proactive and positive approach, working very structured, organized and experience in preparing documentation
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually.
  • High motivation to develop in the field of recruitment and administration.
