Job Description:
Experience working in a Call Center Environment preferred Experience working in the Health Care industry preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills Good interpersonal skills
Complete outbound calls to members and providers scheduling a variety of medical services in accordance with member and provider availability Refer to resources and document all activities in system(s), ensuring contacts, information gathered, and next steps are properly documented Performs other duties as assigned.
Temp Member Care Advocate Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
Four (4) years of administrative and/or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
