Compac Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd was established in 2014, is currently the global manufacturing center and Asian sales and service center of Tomra fruit sorting equipment, as well as the Tomra food and recycling resources sorting equipment manufacturing center in Asia, providing engineering development, production, testing, sales and maintenance to global and local customers.

职位描述
1.Responsible for daily administration management, such as stationary, business cards, employee cards, new staff introduction, contact list update, meeting rooms’ management and so on.
负责日常行政管理,比如文具,名片,员工证,新员工介绍、联系人列表更新。会议室管理等。
2.Car and transportation Arrangement and management.
汽车和交通的安排和管理。
3.Assist Labor Union on activities, such as outing, annual dinner& Family Day and so on.
协助工会开展活动,如员工旅游、年会、家庭日等。
4.Administration policies draft and improvement.
行政政策的起草和完善。
4.Hotel and Air ticket booking.
酒店/机票预订。
5.Employees’ working lunch Booking & Management。
员工餐预订和管理。
6.Office Cleaning management.
工厂清洁管理。
7.Make invitation letter for foreign employees. And support foreign staff’s living in China.
为外国员工制作邀请函。支持外籍员工在华生活。
8.Interview admin arrangement (transportation/meeting room, meal and so on), on boarding preparation (seat, card and so on).

9.Attendance calculation, leave and OT Management. Weekly and Monthly analysis and Report. Support HR management.

职位要求
1.Major in Human Resource or business administration or related filed.
人力资源或工商行政管理或相关专业背景。
2. At least 2 years experienced in HR or Admin function in manufacturing company
2年以上制造业人力资源或行政相关工作经验。
3.Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality is must.

4.Good interpersonal and organization skills, self-driven.

5.Good English speaking and writing skills.

6.Fluent user in Microsoft Excel and other Office software.
