JOB OFFER. Bar staff required.
Restaurant and cocktail bar located in the centre of Edinburgh.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic team members. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential. We are looking for one full-time bartender to work around 35 hours per week - it would be essential to work weekends until 3/4am and one part-time bartender to work 15/20 hours per week at the weekends until late.

Bar Staff - serving customers, preparing drinks (cocktails, beers, whiskeys, coffees etc.), taking payments (cash and card), setting up and down bar, cleaning, restocking.
